The Polio Pipeline newsletter provides a look at what is coming down the pipeline in terms of research for the Global Polio Eradication Initiative. This quarterly electronic newsletter is to keep partners and stakeholders informed on the goals, strategies and status of ongoing and upcoming research. In addition to news on research , each issue also features frequently-asked questions and upcoming publications.

  • Polio Pipeline Issue 05 Winter 2010: This issue gives an update on the outcomes of the recently-held Polio Research Committee, highlights ongoing research needs in particular on further understanding mucosal immunity in India and addressing low vaccine coverage in Nigeria, and outlines new approaches such as the Short Interval Additional Dose (SIAD) strategy.
